1. All tuition fee must be paid at least 2 weeks before the course commencement date to nominated bank account.
2. No fee adjustment in the event of sickness, planned holidays, personal/family/school commitments etc unless it is discussed with the Program Manager.
3. Tuition fee is not transferable to another student.
1. You will be entitled for 50% refund if you cancel your enrolment before the course commencement date.
2. You will Not be entitled for any refund if you cancel your enrolment after the course commencement date.
3. Refund can be calculated on a pro rate basis on an extenuating circumstance. Parents must write to the Program Manager with all relevant documents to consider for extenuating circumstance.
4. Extenuating circumstances will be determined by APEX 4 Tutoring and will be at the discretion of APEX 4 Tutoring.
