To be able to access the Services, you must first pay the tuition fee through the Website (the 'Payment payable') and pay the applicable fee for the selected course (the 'Course Fee'). Please refer to details at the time of purchasing the after-school tutoring service.
As a Member, you agree to comply with the terms, any applicable law, regulation, or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions. Please refer to all the obligations when your payment to Apex4Tutoring services.
Where the option is given to you, you may make payment of the service fee by way of Electronic funds transfer ('EFT') into our nominated bank account or Credit Card Payment ('Credit Card'). All payments made in the course of your use of the Services are made directly via bank account. In using the Website, the Services or when making any payment in relation to your use of the Services, you warrant that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the Terms.
Apex4Tutoring Pty Ltd will only provide you with a refund of the Service Fee in the event they are unable to continue to provide the Services or if the manager of Apex4Tutoring Pty Ltd decides on the matter, at its absolute discretion, that it is reasonable to do so under the circumstances. Where this occurs, the refund will be in the proportional amount of the Service Fee that remains unused by the Member (the 'Refund'). In normal circumstances, there will not be any refund once the course has commenced. Refund on an extenuating circumstance can be considered on request.
The Terms will continue to apply until terminated by either you or by Apex4Tutoring Pty Ltd as set out below: If you want to terminate the Terms, you may do so by providing Apex4Tutoring Pty Ltd with 30 days' notice of your intention to terminate; and closing your accounts for all the services which you use, where Apex4Tutoring Pty Ltd has made this option available to you. Your notice should be sent, in writing, to Apex4Tutoring Pty Ltd via the 'Contact Us' link on our homepage. Please read the termination of the contract in detail at the time of subscribing to Apex4Tutoring services.
